Follow Friday Question: “Do you have a favorite series that you read over and over again? Tell us a bit about it and why you keep on revisiting it?”

A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers

A: These Follow Friday questions keep making me think of Harry Potter! Although I definitely have re-read this series a million times, I’ve also re-read Pride and Prejudice (shocker, I know). Actually, I usually try to re-read that book once a year.

Another series I love re-reading is the Mark of the Lion series by Francine Rivers. It’s a Christian fiction series that absolutely blew my mind. It has an endless re-read factor for me. The first book is called A Voice in the Wind, and I highly recommend it! :)

What book or series have you re-read over and over?

I’ve never read this series! Gonna have to check them out. I’m also one that has re-read many classics. 😉 Gone with the Wind and Jane Eyre have always been two of my favorites to re-read.

Hopping through. I haven’t heard of the Mark of the Lion series. From the cover it looks like something I’d enjoy. I’ll have to look it up.

I have only reread The Chronicles of Narnia, unless you consider all the Jane Austen books as a series, Ha!

I can’t believe I’ve never read Pride and Prejudice before! I’ve only heard awesome things about it, but I always tend to avoid classics because — well, because I’m not really a classic girl LOL .x) But I really want to try!

Thanks so much for stopping by, Lisa! I’m definitely an old follower! :)

Hope you have an awesome weekend!

I’ve never heard of A Voice in the Wind, but it sounds interesting. I love Pride & Prejudice. I remember having to read it in high school and hating it (probably because I didn’t really understand it). But I read it again in college and totally fell in love with it. :)
    Happy Friday

If I would’ve participated today, Harry Potter would’ve been my answer. I love that series! I could read it over and over and over and over and … you get the idea. :)

Ooh. P&P definitely makes a nice re-read. Any of Austen’s books do, really (I’m especially partial to P&P, of course, Mansfield Park (not sure why, other than maybe because it was the first of her’s I ever read), and Persuasion — which happens to be my favorite). And now I wanna re-read one of them again. Or a remake. Or something. I just need an Austen fix. Thanks a lot. 😛

Happy Follow Friday! Here’s PiF’s. Have a great weekend!

I’m the same way, seems like every Friday Harry Potter comes up LOL I’ve also never read Pride and Prejudice, although I have read half of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies..haha! I’m really bad at reading classics..have a hard time getting into them.
