Follow Friday Question: In books like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) series the paranormal creature in question “comes out of the closet” and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish would come out of the closet, for real?

A: The fey are probably too hardcore for me, and I think I would be seriously afraid of werewolves in real life, so I’m gonna have to go with…DRAGONS! Especially if they’re more like Saphira from Eragon and less like the ones from Harry Potter!

I want to be mentally connected with an awesome mythical beast that can take me flying and, you know, save me when I’m in danger.

What mythical creature do you wish would exist in today’s world??

Hopping through. It’s important to distinguish which versions of mythical creatures you want. Like you, I could skip the Harry Potter dragons. But other ones are cool.

haha, what I good choice! I think werewolves would be pretty scary, but think that would be my choice regardless. ESPECIALLY if it’s someone like Adam from the Mercy Thompson series or Curran from the Kate Daniels series. YUM!
