There are so many scenes in Of Poseidon with seafood that Galen and his friends were eating. It got seriously in the mood for surf and turf. But really more of the surf than anything else.
Let’s eat!

Eat, read and be merry!
Ingredients of Of Poseidon
Emma is on the beach with her bestie when she literally bumps into Galen. He’s super hot but has a weird staring problem (blink, dude). Aside from making her really self-conscious, Emma faintly fantasizes about meeting Galen again as she and her friend dive into the ocean to surf.
After a shocking accident with her best friend and a shark, a secret Emma never knew about herself surfaces – she can breathe underwater and talk to sea creatures. Her secret isn’t safe for long though because Galen saw the whole thing happen. But, he’s not shocked…he was looking for someone like Emma for a long time.
Of Poseidon’s menu includes:
Coconut Shrimp
These seafood bites are covered in a fatty shell and ARE DELISH. Make homemade coconut shrimp with a apricot dipping sauce from Skinnytaste.com
Even though Emma can’t stand eating seafood of any kind, she could pick off the coconut bits, right? I mean, come ON!! At least Galen doesn’t hate seafood like she does…although I bet he could eat it raw too. Yuck.
Pineapple-Mango Sparkling Sangria
With all the beach-going, I’m sure Galen and Emma need to relax and chill – especially with the stress of finding out the secrets of Emma’s mysterious origins.
Nothing says the beach or summer like this Pineapple Mango Sparkling Sangria from Oprah. I mean, Oprah knows her drinks, right? Along with world domination.
So much time so little food.
Eat, read and be merry – Of Poseidon style!
