Top Ten 2014 Sequels I Can't Wait To Get My Hands On

Every week, I typically have to really think hard to come up with a full 10 items for Top Ten Tuesdays. Not so with this week – my top YA 2014 sequels are TOP OF MIND!! I could go on and on and honestly had to stop myself at 10.

What 2014 sequels are you dying to read?!

Top Ten 2014 Sequels I Can’t Wait To Get My Hands On

1Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo by Leigh Bardugo-(June 3) DYING for this book. I am almost afraid, lest there be an Allegiant situation.

2The Retribution of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin-(June 10) Another final in series book. This series has been an on-the-edge-of-your-seat style reads. Definitely additcting.

3Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi-(Feb 4) Team Warner or Team Adam?!?!? Will the question be answered? …I do care about the rest of the plot, but that’s what I ultimately NEED to know.

4Into the Still Blue by Veronica Rossi-(Jan 28) ANOTHER final in series book. The second book kind of sunk a bit, so I’m hoping this book will end the series with a bang.

5The One by Kiera Cass-(May 6) Team Aspen or Team Maxon?! Honestly, I just want to know if America becomes queen or not. #PrincessDiariesRedux

6Cress by Marissa Meyer– (Feb 4) I have this book in my posession and it’s taking all my willpower to wait a bit and not gobble it up 4 months early.

7Mortal Heart by R.L. LaFevers-(Not Specified Yet) So excited to read Annith’s perspective in another adventure with the underworld protector, St. Mortain.

8Her Dark Curiosity by Megan Shepherd-(Jan 28) The Madman’s Daughter left me totally aghast, not realizing it was a series. So, this book had best bring it! Cuz I’ve got to know what’s going on.

9Raging Star by Moira Young– (April 15) This series…THIS SERIES. All the feels. All of them. I don’t have any expectations at this point.

10The Nightmare Dilemma by Mindee Arnett– (March 4) I was totally won over by The Nightmare Affair. I’m so glad I finally started a series that only has a few months till the next book.

What are your fave sequels of all time?

Love # 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 on your list. But if I had to just choose one it would be Cress. I have been putting off reading the whole Grisha trilogy until all the books come out, but I’ve heard great things about it. Two other books I can’t wait for are Infinite by Jodi Meadows and Split Second by Kasie West. Great list!

    • Yes, Stephanie, the Grisha trilogy is AWESOME! I absolutely LOVE them!! The two other books you mentioned are definitely much anticipated from me, as well.

Gah! I really have to get into reading more YA novels, I haven’t even started a single series you mentioned. Great list though 🙂

Come see my TTT post 🙂

I am dying to read The One. It’s one of the few love triangles I have ever really been torn about. I’m also very excited for Cress. Marissa Meyer has a knack for world building and I can’t wait to see all the Rapunzel details.
