Top Ten Posts That Represent Me the Best

1Top 5 Things I Learned from Blogging the Past Year– I posted this back in March, when I hit my one year blogoversary. I really loved sharing all that Read.Breathe.Relax. had done – especially how I’d grown as a blogger and a person.

2A Novel Accessory: Steampunk Part 1– I really love my A Novel Accessory feature because I think it really showcases what I do as a blogger and how I love to be creative.

3Book Quotes from Pinterest and Me– I wrote this post recently, and I tried my hand at making cute book quote buttons for my Pinterest obsession.

4A Visual Tour of Anna and the French Kiss– I shared some of my favorite pictures from Paris and paired them with scenes from Anna and the French Kiss.

5BEA 2012 Video Recap– This post represents me VERY well, as it’s a video of me. 🙂 You will definitely see my quirky, crazy personality.

6Harry Potter Meme– I freaking LOVE memes, and I just had to combine that with my ultimate book love, Harry Potter!

7Pages & Pairings: Insurgent— Again, this post represents some of my playful fun with books and posts. I listed recipes of delish foods that should be eaten with my fave sequel of the year, Insurgent.

85 Ways Authors Can Avoid the Sophomore Slump— As well as being creative, I also strive to be informative on RBR. This post was part gripe and part tips to authors after I read a ton of sequels that were less than enticing.

9How to Recycle Books— Again – This is me trying to be helpful. 🙂 No one WANTS to give up their books…but some of us have broken our bookshelves from the sheer weight of the over-piled books on them (not that I would know).

10Top Ten Young Adult Dystopian Books– This is actually from a Top Ten Tuesday post! I loved this one because I’m still all about the dystopias.

What ONE post do you think represents you the best?

About Lisa Parkin

I'm a hardcore lover of young adult fiction and have been reviewing books since 2011. Other interests include Downton Abbey, heat lightning storms, Harry Potter land and (begrudingly) one orange tabby.
  • I love your Novel Accessory posts! And the visual tour of Anna and The French Kiss was fantastic.

  • These are cool posts! I’m bookmarking a few of them so I can come back to them, especially the one with recipes 🙂

  • Totally enjoyed your list. Pinned and tweeted the recycle post–really clever ideas. And found your tips for sophomore writers interesting. I love the variety you’ve expressed. (Looks like you have a lot of posts that are great for Pinterest folks.)
