Visual Tour of Venom in Venice

That is a lot of “v’s” in the title, but I hope you’ll stick with me and “visit” the amazing Venice locales mentioned in Fiona Paul’s Venom. Like I said in my review, this book’s atmosphere added so much to the story, and I loved the dark Venice represented in the book.

The Grand Canal

This was the main way of passage that Cass used while sneaking out at night with Falco. It’s the main thoroughfare in Venice.

Rialto Bridge

This is an iconic location in Venetian history, and it’s the oldest bridge in Venice.

St. Mark’s Basilica & The Doge’s Palace

These are fancy locations I’m sure Cass would have visited with her doting aunt, as part of her lady-ish education.

  • Love the photos! I went to Venice a few years back to pop the question. Love the place, and I’d love to go back.

  • I do think it would be so neat to make a trip and go through the city on the boats. And to see the structures! oh my! Amazing. Thanks for the tour. 🙂

  • Fiona Paul

WOW! What a great idea 🙂 Sadly, my digital camera ate all of my pictures of Venice. Thank you so much for sharing!!

  • I dream of Venice. One day!
